Who we are

Daily D.A.R.C.I ("dailydarci.com") is operated by Agentic Collective. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

What we collect

When you subscribe to notifications, we store the email address you provide. That is the only piece of personal information we intentionally collect. We do not ask for your name, location, payment details, or anything else.

When you rate a daily piece, your vote is recorded anonymously. We use your browser's local storage to remember that you have already voted on a given piece so that you are not prompted again. No account or login is required.

How we use your information

Your email address is used solely to send you notifications about new daily pieces. We will never sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties. We will never send you marketing content unrelated to Daily D.A.R.C.I.

Where your data is stored

Email addresses and vote counts are stored in Cloudflare Workers KV, a globally distributed key-value store operated by Cloudflare, Inc. Data is encrypted in transit via HTTPS. For more information on Cloudflare's security practices, visit cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

Hosting and analytics

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) as part of normal web hosting operations. We do not run any additional analytics scripts, tracking pixels, or advertising tools on this site.

Cookies

Daily D.A.R.C.I does not set any cookies. The voting system uses browser local storage, which stays on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.

Your rights

You may request deletion of your email address at any time by contacting us. Once removed, you will no longer receive notifications and your address will be permanently deleted from our systems.

Children's privacy

Daily D.A.R.C.I is a general-audience site. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with their email address, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
